Our Daughter was 18 when I met Maria, when she told me about her work I was intrigued as with covid dragging on my daughter's Mental Health was up and down despite medications, supplements and family support.

I would say that B is night and day after these sessions. Her ups and downs are minimal in comparison to what they used to be. Her perspective on life and her feelings is much more empowered. If she has a down day,  she has tools to move beyond and to have a better day tomorrow.
